Course Contents

The training course will be organized to deliver the following contents:

• ADB ’s Accountability Mechanism

• Principles and elements of a GRM

• Essential skills of a GRM

 Communicating for understanding

 Active listening

 Managing emotions

• Steps in handling complaints

Training Approach and Methodology

Adult learning principles will be used to facilitate the learning of the participants. The training will be conducted hybrid, through ZOOM and in -person. Particularly, instruction techniques such as interactive lecture, exercises and group discussion will be used to enhance participants' learning.

The program will be implemented for two working days.
